2013March 9CYRUS Dinner in the AVV Wine Cave - the evening begins at 6:00 pm$120 per person; $135 per person after February 22, 2013 Join us for a sumptuous three course meal in the wine cave. The 2013 dinner will be prepared by Mark Stark of Willi's Wine Bar and Stark & Co. Catering, one of Sonoma County’s favorite chefs. Each course will be paired with a favorite AVV wine, including the evening's guest of honor, the new release of CYRUS, our flagship Bordeaux style blend. June 1Spring Bash$65 per person Be a Winemaker for a Day at our blending seminar! AVV Winemaker Kevin Hall will share his expertise on handcrafting wine. You'll join a team and have the chance to measure, blend and taste your own wine as you come up with your favorite blend. If your team’s blend wins, you can boast of your winemaking expertise to friends and family when it’s bottled as the next vintage of our Wine Club Reserve, with your team’s name on the bottle. Each winner also receives a magnum of Sin Zin. Following the competition, Vineyard Manager Mark Houser will lead a vineyard tour, including a hands-on leaf pulling exercise.
